AHRA is offering a discounted room block for Annual Meeting attendees at Paris Las Vegas.

Please note that rooms in the AHRA Annual Meeting room block are reserved for registered attendees of the Annual Meeting only. Rooms booked under the names of non-registered guests may be subject to cancellation.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate cutoff date is Thursday, July 3, 2025, or whenever rooms sell out — whichever occurs first. After the rate cutoff date, the hotel will only accept reservations at the discounted rate based on availability.
Secure your stay at the special rate of $159 per night plus a $39 resort fee. All reservation requests will require a guarantee to a credit card or a guarantee to the master account rooms.
Additionally, please make sure the hotel is aware of any special needs. They will assign specific room types, and any other requests based on availability and accommodate other special requests where possible.

Traveling to Las Vegas
The Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) serves the Las Vegas area and is approximately 3.5 miles from the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Lyft and Uber are authorized to provide services at the airport. Use the apps on your mobile device to arrange for a ride. Drivers drop off customers at the departures curbs at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
