AHRA is offering a discounted room block for Annual Meeting attendees at the Orlando World Center Marriott, located at 8701 World Center Dr, Orlando, Florida 32821.
Please note that rooms in the AHRA Annual Meeting room block are reserved for registered attendees of the Annual Meeting only. Rooms booked under the names of non-registered guests may be subject to cancellation.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate cutoff date is Tuesday, July 2, 2024, or whenever rooms sell out — whichever occurs first. After the rate cutoff date, the hotel will only accept reservations at the discounted rate based on availability.
Rooms are available for $220 per night plus a $42 resort fee. All reservation requests will require a guarantee to a credit card or a guarantee to the master account rooms. Cancellations for personal or medical emergencies, shall not be charged a cancelation fee.
Additionally, please make sure the hotel is aware of any special needs. They will assign specific room types and any other requests based on availability and accommodate other special requests where possible.

The Orlando World Center Marriott does not offer shuttle services to any transportation centers. Ride-share services, taxis and car rentals are all options you may need to consider for transportation around Orlando.
