This four-hour, interactive leadership workshop explores six essential aspects of leadership, including overcoming challenges in radiology, building psychological safety, strengthening your personal leadership brand, collaborating effectively across the matrix, developing internal leadership programs, and elevating staff engagement to enhance the patient experience.

Topics include the “Laws of Leadership,” mission and vision development, intentional vs. unintentional leadership, imposter syndrome, emotional intelligence, body language, rounding and coaching with empathy, effective delegation, and the power of enthusiasm and positive thinking. Attendees will also work across the matrix to design leadership development strategies that support staff engagement and improve patient experience.

Participants will take part in four breakout sessions designed for small-group networking in a “Las Vegas–style” environment — what happens in the workshop stays in the workshop! Relationships built here often continue long after the event. All attendees will receive a flash drive with complete workshop materials.

Topics will include, but are not limited to, Interventional Radiology patient care, Sedation, Radiology Emergencies, and the different image modalities we support.
