AHRA’s Exhibitor Service Kit is now live! AHRA is working with Freeman as the General Services Contractor for the AHRA 2024 Annual Meeting. Make sure to order any additional services you may need in your booth through the online service manual.

Registration Information
Exhibitor registration is live! The primary contact for your booth has received information on how to complete your booth staff registration. If you need this information resent, please contact exhibits@ahra.org.
Please note that island booths will receive a select number of complimentary full conference badges, as noted below:
- One full conference badge for 20x20 island
- Two full conference badges for 20x30 island
- Three full conference badges for 30x30 island
- Four full conference badges for 30x40 island
Badges for Purchase
Exhibitor badges include access to the Gathering Place (exhibit hall), all provided meals at the 2024 Annual Meeting, and the ability to join education sessions that are not at capacity after full conference attendees have entered each room. Note that exhibitor badge holders are not eligible to earn contact hours from attending sessions.
Full conference badges offer the ability to earn contact hours and guarantee access to all Annual Meeting sessions (not including add-on workshops or the 2024 AHRA Foundation Imaging Classic Golf Tournament). AHRA is offering a $100 discount off the regular attendee rate for exhibitors looking to participate in the full conference. As a bonus, nonmembers will automatically gain access to AHRA membership through the end of 2024 as part of the Annual Meeting Membership Bundle when they register now.

Hotel and Travel
AHRA is offering a discounted room block for Annual Meeting attendees and exhibitors at the Orlando World Center Marriott, located at 8701 World Center Dr, Orlando, Florida 32821.
Rooms are available for $220 per night plus a $42 resort fee on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate cutoff date is Tuesday, July 2, 2024, or whenever rooms sell out — whichever occurs first. After the rate cutoff date, the hotel will only accept reservations at the discounted rate based on availability. Learn more on our hotel and travel page.
